After a career as a psychotherapist and mental health educator, I still find my greatest sense of peace, perspective, and inspiration among the trees. The forest has always been where I go to slow down, reset, and reconnect—and now, as a certified Shinrin-Yoku (forest bathing) guide, I have the joy of helping others do the same.
When I'm not guiding, you'll usually find me hiking a new trail, camping under the stars, or trying my hand at painting. Nature has a way of sparking creativity, quieting the mind, and reminding us what really matters, and I love creating opportunities for others to experience that for themselves.
Whether you're looking to de-stress, reconnect with nature, or simply spend a meaningful few hours outdoors, I look forward to welcoming you into the forest.
